A 90 dollar iPhone App?

I was looking at the new "Highest Grossing" section of the iPhone app store and found this beauty. Scary thing is some people have actually put down 90 bucks. For an app that gives you directions on a smartphone that has Google Maps pre installed?!

Maybe I just need more money.
