I wonder if he has heard yet that the iTunes store moved to DRM free music in January. I may be an Apple fan but I feel that most of Sony's products are hard to use. Sure they have a lot of great features, but they are too hard to use. They don't seem to understand that people want to enjoy using their technology.

Yes. Sony's management is dense. That's been pointed out on Engadget several times. I read them daily.
